The CD “Luis Cheul & Band “ is strong, energetic music, firmly rooted in the Jazz funk tradition of the seventees first established by the legendary U.S.Band Tower of Power. Luis and Daniel Cheul and their illustrious colleaugues have composed and recorded this music wich contains many of the flavors of their native folk music of Chile. The music is mellow, but also very intense and demonstrates the knowledge of this commercially successful idiom without compromising musicality.
